Contract Terms

Payment Terms

• Deposits or milestone payments may be required as specified in the project agreement.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files or launch.
• Payments are accepted via the methods outlined in your invoice.

Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, all final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
• Kinematek Enterprise LLC retains the right to showcase work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on work completed and prepaid deposits.

Prohibited Content

Kinematek Enterprise LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for projects involving:
