1. Digital Products

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods—including downloadable files, subscriptions, and online tutorials—all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or the subscription period has commenced.

If you experience any technical issues preventing access to digital products, please contact us promptly at support@kinematek.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but refunds will not be issued solely for technical difficulties beyond our control.


2. Custom Services (Graphic Design, CAD, Web Design, Web Management)

Refunds for custom services are generally not available once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided in accordance with the agreed-upon scope.
